In order to centralize and improve the flow and the management of all your e-mails addressed to Accounts Receivable Department, a new e-mail box has been implemented:

Specifically dedicated to credit and collection matters, which will include:
- Recovery notice / reminders to customers.
- Identification of the disputes nature.
- Details of payment required & notification of remittances.
- Follow-up of proforma, payments & possible suspension of customer orders.
- Warranty claim.
- Modification & creation of new customers’ account: billing address, payment terms…
- Others: BFE topics, CMM, ODL, Tests, Certification, Service Bulletin, intercompany reconciliation…
