First customer for the SiT...

While Hamburg’s airshow (March 31st 2009), Sicma Aero Seat confirmed that our new concept SiT (Seat integrated Technology) had just got his first customer. Indeed, Royal Jordanian was seduced by this innovative product and decided to implant it on its fleet A340-200.

SiT version IFE / AVOD (Audio Video On Demand) has been specially developed to facilitate its integration on seats and in cabins airplane.

Indeed, it presents numerous benefits:
- Weight saving, by an optimization of the electric functions of the seat, historically separated.
- Suppression of server notion for data. Every passenger becomes autonomous.
- Minimalist architecture for optimal maintenance conditions.
- Living space optimization for passenger (system conceived for a seat by a seat manufacturer).

Infact, Sicma Aero Seat becomes the only supplier who can offer a complete integrated seat and SiT package, a key factor in the process of selection by Royal Jordanian.

This collaboration lets to appear a promising future for the concept SiT which will certainly meet a great success with our customers.
