Customer support department is structured around four main areas:
- Repair station (PART 145).
- Warranty treatment.
- Spares administration & shipment: Sales administration with support centers; scheduling spares with management of orders; invoicing; spares and repair expeditions.
- Product support: To ensure the ZODIAC SEATS FRANCE products can be maintained in serviceable conditions (reliability and maintainability) and to ensure REX (Return Of Experience) during in life service.

Zodiac Services is the one stop shop after market support entity of Zodiac Aerospace.
It is organized around three regional divisions, with a worldwide location of repair centers and spare parts logistics platforms:
- Zodiac Services Europe including Africa, Middle East and Indian sub-continent
- Zodiac Services Americas for North and south Americas
- Zodiac Services Asia including China and Asia-Pacific
With 600 employees and a worldwide network of 15 service centers, Zodiac Services provides a global solution to support Zodiac Aerospace companies’ equipment throughout the world, while being closer to customers.
