Customer Services

Customer support department is structured around four main areas:

  • Repair station (PART 145).
  • Warranty treatment.
  • Spares administration & shipment: Sales administration with support centers; scheduling spares with management of orders; invoicing; spares and repair expeditions.
  • Product support: To ensure the ZODIAC SEATS FRANCE products can be maintained in serviceable conditions (reliability and maintainability) and to ensure REX (Return Of Experience) during in life service.

ZODIAC SERVICES Presentation :

Zodiac Services is the one stop shop after market support entity of Zodiac Aerospace.
 
It is organized around three regional divisions, with a worldwide location of repair centers and spare parts logistics platforms:
- Zodiac Services Europe including Africa, Middle East and Indian sub-continent
- Zodiac Services Americas for North and south Americas
- Zodiac Services Asia including China and Asia-Pacific



With 600 employees and a worldwide network of 15 service centers, Zodiac Services provides a global solution to support Zodiac Aerospace companies’ equipment throughout the world, while being closer to customers.
